Srpsko srce Johanovo (Serbian Heart of Johan) is a novel by Serbian writer Veselin Dželetović, published in 1940. The novel is based on a true story of Johan Wagner, a German man who received a heart transplant from a Serbian donor in 2003. After the surgery, Wagner started to have dreams and visions of his donor's life, leading him to discover the tragic fate of the Serbs in Kosovo and Albania during the 1999 NATO bombing and the organ trafficking scandal known as the "Yellow House".
